Thank you for shopping with Nova & Co! Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your candles.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is received. Please note that processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or busy periods. Custom candles can take longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only to New Zealand 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully package all candles to ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If a parcle is lost in transit, please contact the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
