If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at Novaandconz@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we cannot offer refunds for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
